ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
Sweet and salty has to be one of the most ultimate combinations. So we made a bar celebrating the best of both worlds! We sourced our flaked salt from Vancouver Island Salt Co. and they're as serious about making salt as we are chocolate! When sprinkled on top of our Dominican chocolate, magic happens. Have a taste and see for yourself!

TASTING NOTES:

It tastes like sweet and salty heaven. Since we add just a touch of salt to the back of each bar, it doesn't overload your senses. As it melts on your tongue, you'll experience bursts of chocolate, and then salt, and then more chocolate!

Nestled in the heart of the Duarte province in the Dominican Republic, you will find Oko-Caribe. They are a gem amongst cacao suppliers for their expert fermentation and quality control. We use their cacao in this bar
The salt we chose is more mild than others we have come across. It gives you a sweet / salty experience without being too much
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture
The pouch is made from compostable material and printed with soy ink
