This bath soak made with Pink Himalayan and Epsom salts can be used in baths to relax the body, stimulate circulation, sooth sore muscles, remove toxins and promote emotional wellness.
DIRECTIONS: Use 1/2 cup of bath salts for a standard-size bathtub. Pour the salts into the warm running bath water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve the salts. Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes.
