West Coast Trail cookies are full of dried cranberries, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, flax, and oats. These cookies are protein packed and a safe snack for school or to take on a hike.
All the baking ingredients to make two dozen West Coast Trail Cookies. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add an egg, a 1/2 cup of butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
Contains: flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar, white sugar, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and flax.
